I used Aware Beginnings Doula Services for my placental encapsulation. This was my second birth and the first time having my placenta encapsulated. Jonelle was awesome! She knew my due date and told me just to give her a call after the delivery, and she would pick up my placenta. She came right to Munson within a couple hours of my son being born took care of everything, all I had to do was let the nurses know that I needed them to save my placenta. Within a couple days Jonelle delivered my capsules to my house. So easy!! Since using the capsules I have noticed a couple differences between this birth and my first. I am breastfeeding exclusively and with my first child I experienced a lot of pain with her latching on, along with cramping. I had no nipple pain at all this time and the cramping was a lot less severe. My milk supply seems to be greater as well. Also, for giving birth during the winter months I have remained very healthy and energized (knock on wood ). I would have used Jonelle as a doula too, but my sister is also a doula and she got first dibs.I would highly recommend Jonelle’s services and would use her again in the future.
